1. Acceptance of Terms

3. Account Registration

Each individual player may open only one jiji99 account. Registering multiple accounts is a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your account information and must update it promptly if anything changes.

• Your account password must be kept confidential. jiji99 will never ask for your full password through any channel.
• You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials.

• Account sharing is not permitted. Your account is personal and non-transferable.

jiji99 reserves the right to carry out identity verification at account registration and at any point during the account lifecycle. Failure to complete verification may result in account restrictions.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on jiji99 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are available through approved payment methods including Philippine bank transfer, GCash, Maya, and mobile banking.

• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit or withdrawal methods.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and are displayed on the Deposit page.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Accounts that have not completed KYC may have withdrawals suspended until verification is complete.
• jiji99 processes withdrawal requests within standard processing times as described in the platform. Actual transfer times depend on your payment provider.
• Deposits from unknown or unverified sources may be returned and the associated account suspended pending investigation.

5. Gaming Rules

All games on jiji99 – including sports betting, live casino, slots, fish games, and bingo – are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible from within each game or game section. These Terms operate in addition to, and do not replace, individual game rules.

• Game outcomes are produced by certified random number generation (RNG) systems or live dealer operations, as applicable to each game type.
• Bets accepted and confirmed are binding. Accepted bets cannot be cancelled by the player.
• In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or other error that interrupts a game session, jiji99 will apply its standard technical error resolution policy, which prioritises fairness to the player.
• jiji99 reserves the right to void bets placed under erroneous conditions, including manifest errors in odds or game configurations, with a full refund of the stake to the player.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

jiji99 may offer bonuses, promotions, and incentive programmes to registered players from time to time. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer.

• Bonus terms including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal amounts are set out in each individual promotion's terms.
• Bonuses are for personal use only and may not be transferred between accounts.
• jiji99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or discontinue any promotion at any time.
• Attempting to abuse bonus terms – including creating multiple accounts to claim the same offer – will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jiji99 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any balance.

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to access, play, or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in games or betting markets.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain without immediately reporting them to jiji99.
• Money laundering or any activity intended to disguise the origins of funds.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person.
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.
• Placing bets on behalf of another person as a business activity without authorisation.
